Our Process

  1. Inquire: call, message or visit our office.
  2. Submit: bring your documents for verification.
  3. Appraise: we appraise your collateral and review your capacity to pay.
  4. Disclose & sign: you review the full Disclosure Statement first.
  5. Release: proceeds are released once documents are complete.

Who Can Apply

  1. Filipino citizens of legal age with a steady source of income
  2. For business loans: business duly registered and operating
  3. For collateral loans: asset registered in the borrower's name
  4. Co-borrower may be required depending on age and loan amount

Requirements

  1. Two valid government-issued IDs
  2. Personal loans: proof of income (payslips, COE or ITR)
  3. Business loans: DTI / SEC registration and Mayor's Permit
  4. Latest ITR or financial statements
  5. Last 3 to 6 months' bank statements

For collateral loans

  • Real estate: owner's copy of TCT/CCT, tax declaration, RPT receipts
  • Vehicle: original OR/CR, vehicle for inspection

Is SCV Lending Inc. a registered lending company?

Yes. SCV Lending Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. CS201719299 and holds Certificate of Authority No. 2351 to operate as a lending company under Republic Act No. 9474.

How much can I borrow?

It depends on your business's capacity to pay and, for collateral loans, the appraised value of your property or vehicle. A loan officer will give you an estimate after an initial assessment.

Will I know the full cost of the loan before signing?

Yes. Before you sign, we give you a Disclosure Statement showing the loan amount, finance charges, net proceeds and effective interest rate, as required by the Truth in Lending Act (R.A. 3765).

Can I keep using my property or vehicle while it is mortgaged?

Yes. With a real estate or chattel mortgage, you keep possession and use of the asset as long as the loan is in good standing.

Can I pay my loan early?

Yes. Ask your loan officer about early payment, as the terms are stated in your loan documents.

Do you ask for payment before the loan is approved?

No. We never ask for advance fees before approval or for payment to a personal bank or e-wallet account. See the warning below.
