SCV Lending Inc. ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

This website does not collect personal information through forms. When you contact us by phone, email, Messenger or in person, or when you apply for a loan, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, contact details, IDs, business and financial documents, and collateral documents.

Why we collect it

• To answer your inquiry and assess your loan application
• To verify identity, collateral and capacity to pay
• To service your loan and comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including SEC and AMLA reporting where applicable

Sharing

We share information only as needed to process your loan (for example appraisers, the Registry of Deeds or LTO, and credit bureaus where you consent or the law allows), or as required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and protect them with appropriate organizational, physical and technical measures.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
